Teepee is a one man band using a drum machine, synths and distorted guitar/voice to rock down the wigwam.
I remember an interview with this guy, some time ago, where he describe his way writing songs. As far as I remember, it starts with a static drone tone from a keyboard or maybe the humming of amplifers and around that tone he builds some riffs, more sounds and beats. I think he still follows this approach. It's still there in tracks like I told you so or Your Majesty.
Compared to his earlier output on Jerkwave Tapes etc. his latest album is a small step away from the lowest lo-fi sound to more sophisticated songs. And I think it was worth to carve it into vinyl. A few copies may be left and can be ordered over his label site.
Check out I told you so or Philippines - it's pretty good, somewhere between Joy Division and Psych Folk!
